TLE9254VSK is a high speed Infineon dual CAN Transceiver with bus wake-up used in automotive as well as industrial applications. TLE9254VSK supports 3.3 V as well as 5 V supplied microcontrollers using Vio interface.
It is designed to fulfill the requirements of the following standards:
ISO 11898-2 (2016) physical layer specification
SAE J1939
SAE J2284
This product is available in standard package PG-DSO-14 which is RoHS compliant and halogen free. Alternatively the TLE9254VLC is available in PG-TSON-14 which supports solder joint requirements for automated optical inspection (AOI).
