TLE9254LC is a high speed Infineon dual CAN Transceiver with bus wake-up used in automotive as well as industrial HS CAN applications
It is designed to fulfill the requirements of the following standards:
ISO 11898-2 (2016) physical layer specification
SAE J1939
SAE J2284
This product is available in standard package PG-TSON-14 which is RoHS compliant, halogen free and supports solder joint requirements for automated optical inspection (AOI). Alternatively the TLE9254SK is available in PG-DSO-14.
